1. Thickness Grading Machine is mainly made up of distributing machine, 
two or four or six screens: the materials are divided into two or four or six parts by distributing device,
 and then enter into a screen separately.
2. Each screen’s outline is designed eight-square. In order to assure that the rice can smoothly move on the screen, 
each screen slopes award the front of equipment in veering direction.
3. When the rice, entered into each rotary screen, move downward on the screen,
 they are chosen immediately. With the help of the slope of screen,
 the brown rice that are larger than the screen holes but with good quality move to the outlet.
 On the other hand, the immature rice will pass through the screen and be cleared from the outlet of immature rice.
4. Each screen section has rubber brushes; when the screen revolves,
 these rubber brushes will clear the screen cylinder so as to prevent jam. 
Therefore, the machine can keep efficient productivity and will not reduce its clearing ability.
